We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, finishes, and images of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen display of any color or texture will be entirely accurate.

• Product Availability & Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Products manufactured or customized to customer specifications (such as custom dimensions, fabrics, finishes, or materials) enter production quickly upon order confirmation. Once custom orders enter production, modifications or cancellations may not be available. Deposits or payments made toward custom orders may be non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the order cannot be fulfilled due to our error.

• Natural Material Variations: Natural materials such as wood, stone, leather, and textiles may contain variations in grain, texture, shade, or finish. These variations are natural characteristics of the materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Errors & Inaccuracies: Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
